I usually upload my images either to photo bucket or just on facebook, I will give you directions off of facebook since alot of people use that, If you don't want your facebook friends to see the pictures you can set the album to private (only me)
You will want two windows open, one for this forum and one for facebook, open up your picture (click on it so its at its largest size) Then right click on it and go down to propperties (at the bottom) when the window pops up, go to Address URL it will start with http:// double click on it to highlight the entire thing, then right click and select copy (or hold down your ctrl key and c key at the same time)
Next go to your post and you will want to put in this code then paste the Address URL you just copped and then type [\IMG] you dont want any spaces in there it will look like this (except the { and } will be [ and ] and the http:// part is different for every single picture {IMG}[url]http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs974.snc4/76780_487745556788_694821788_7003199_6260512_n.jpg[/url] {\IMG}
if you were to copy that whole thing and change out the { } for [ ] you would see this

If you upload your images to photobucket, or other photo hosting sites, most of them have the code done for you so you can just copy it and paste it into your post!
